We distribute a wide variety of farm grown and wild mushrooms, including but not limited to shiitake, portobello, white, blue and king oysters, cremini, chanterelle, morel, maitake and lion’s mane.
We use specially designed cardboard box and quick delivery methods to ensure that our mushrooms reach you fresh and in perfect condition.
We primarily distribute to businesses, specifically chefs and restaurants. However, individual customers can find our products at the UBC Market (Vancouver).
Our mushrooms are locally grown. We work closely with a local farm.
While some types of wild mushrooms are seasonal, we maintain a diverse selection of farm grown mushrooms year-round.
We adhere to strict quality control measures and all our mushrooms are thoroughly inspected and certified safe for consumption.
While we appreciate your interest, visits to our partner farm are not possible at this time due to food safety regulations.
