Chef Basics are among the most prized BC produce, that have a major season spanning 1-2 months and are consistently available in volume as menu items each year. Plan around these as features during their relative seasons and we will bring locally foraged, direct fresh produce to you and connect you directly to the pickers.

Chef's Basics are why you want to consider us as a supplier. This selection is the result of all of our passion, purpose, mindfullness and logistical talent of our staff. We have a unique love for each of these mushrooms, having spent years with them both foraging and in the kitchen. These beloved core items supports the livelihood of our pickers, enabling them to search for bring you the ephemeral, rarer mushrooms and produce that we sometimes may not even cover costs for.
